Mr.
O.P. Jalan, President ELMA, welcomed the guest speaker and the
members present. In his address, Mr. Jalan appraised the house
that "...we have assembled here to explore the problems and
prospects of the present scenerio in the Industry in general and
its implications on Electronics Industry in particular.
Sri
Bandopadhyay delivered his key address and interacted with the
members and participants on the recent impact of mass globalization
and the challenge on free competition at the verge of the nglobalization.
He gave some tips and examples which were deliberated and discussed.
Sri
Dipankar Bhattacharya, Secretary ELMA, gave away the vote of thanks.
The meeting ended with high tea.
